Welcome to the Squirrels at Synthonia Scout Group! I’m Charlie, your Section Leader, supported by Bambi and our brilliant team of dedicated leaders who are passionate about keeping every child safe, inspired and excited to learn. From as young as four, our Squirrels begin their adventure in a warm, welcoming environment where they can explore, be curious and truly feel part of our big scouting family. We focus on building confidence and life skills early on — from learning fire safety, what to do in an emergency and tying basic knots, to discovering the natural world through bug hunting, den building, lighting fires and scavenger hunts. Along the way, we celebrate and learn about traditions and festivals such as Diwali, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Chinese New Year and of course Christmas. Above all, we want our Squirrels to try new things, have lots of fun and look back fondly on their time with us at Synthonia.
